We offer FREE standard shipping (contiguous United States only) for orders $35 and over (excluding taxes).

There is no sales tax charge unless the order is being shipped to California (CA) or Ohio (OH).

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Sunday. However, orders might be delayed on major US holidays (including New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Cancel Orders

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully, you can only cancel your order within 24 hours (except “priority or expedited shipment). Please email help@lafreshgroup.com  to cancel your order. After 24 hours, the order has entered the shipping process and no further change can be made.

International Orders

Currently our web store don't accept international orders other than Canada. For international order, please contact us via help@lafreshgroup.com. And we accept the international orders through email.
And we do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.

Multiple Shipments

To better service our clients, we use 3rd party fulfillment center all cross the country. You might receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple fulfillment center locations. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Please contact us via help@lafreshgroup.com  if you have any question about your order.
