We do not normally ship to PO Boxes because of scams, and the inability of non USPS carriers to deliver to PO Boxes. Please make sure you supply us with a physical address. You may use a PO Box for your billing address. We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier's method as long as the service is the same or better.
We are not responsible for packages lost by carriers. Please make sure your address is correct and someone is available to sign for the package, if applicable.
Should something be wrong with your order please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving your order, so that we can help. If a return is needed and authorized by us, we will issue you a RMA number to return the item (the customer is responsible for returning shipping charge.) All returns must be shipped back in unopened or unused conditions and packaged with protective stuffings. Unauthorized returns will be discarded and credits will NOT be issued. We are not responsible for lost merchandise during return shipments.
For international shipments:
Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the freight cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.
We will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. The customer is responsible for all import duties in their country. We do not lower the invoice value or send the orders as gift, no exceptions. We will not be held responsible or liable for any problems (including any custom duties or taxes) that result at or arise from your local custom office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. We will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
