Shipping & Delivery
All orders over $50.00 (excluding applicable CA sales tax, shipping & handling and locations outside of the Continental US) qualifies for FREE Shipping promotion.

All orders, unless prevented by an unforeseen event, will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Lafreshgroup.com will make every effort to ship all orders in a timely manner. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or national business holidays.

We do not ship orders to P.O. Box addresses because of scams, and the refusal of some carriers to deliver to PO Boxes. Please make sure you supply us with a physical address. You may use a PO Box for your billing address. We are not responsible for packages lost by carriers. Please make sure your address is correct and someone is available to sign for the package if applicable. A signature may be required for UPS/Fedex deliveries.

For international shipments:
Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the freight cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.  
Lafreshgroup.com will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license.  The customer is responsible for all import duties in their country. We do not lower the invoice value or send the orders as gift, no exceptions.  Lafreshgroup.com will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be issued for items that are seized at your local customs office. Lafreshgroup.com will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Lafreshgroup.com will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

Privacy & Security
Lafreshgroup.com is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number.

We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share this information with anyone. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information will be used for the delivery of these items.

Returns & Replacements
This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by Lafreshgroup.com are covered by this Standard Return Policy.  Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund (Original shipping cost is non-refundable.)  All clearance items are final sale.

If a return is needed and authorized by us, we will issue you a RMA number to return the items.  The customer is responsible for returning shipping charges.  All returns must be shipped back in unopened or unused conditions and packaged with protective stuffing.  Unauthorized returns will be discarded and credits will NOT be issued.  We are not responsible for lost merchandise during return shipments.

Viewing Orders
To view your orders, log into Lafrehgroup.com and then click, "My Account". You will then be presented with your most recent orders. You may click "View All", to view all orders you have made with us.
 
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, log into Lafreshgroup.com. On the left side under "My Account", click "Account Information". You may now edit your information. You may also select other areas of your account under the "My Account" box and modify that information as well. Additionally, you may contact support and ask for assistance.
